Coaching for non-managers

There are a lot of people at Garmin that aren't managers, but it's important for them to know how to be most efficient in a team, so my Dad leads this class, and it's been my favorite so far. Not only is leadership important in a managing or executive position, but people need to be coaches in other positions. The biggest thing I learned was that mentoring, training, and coaching are all different jobs, and many people still need to learn the difference. I love how interactive and personal this session was, and the people who attended also enjoyed it a lot.
