DISC and Emotional Intelligence

There is a course my dad and Kim teach that takes the results of the INDIGO test and fives into how those results can change things in the workplace. Everyone has a different communication style, and those styles may clash with one another, so Tom and Kim breakdown what each of them mean. The class was very busy and very informative. I do wish I could stay for all of each of the classes because I've been learning so much about presenting the qualities of a great leader.
