Kim Brody

The other person who does leadership development is Kim Brody, and I got to spend a day with her and talked about some of her trainings. It was so interesting to see the differences and similarities between Kim and Tom. She showed me some really great resources and some certifications I can get online for free. She also is bringing me to a Kansas Leadership Meeting as her guest and I'm going to see how those work. On top of that, she helped me with my leadership class and gave me ideas for some of my lessons by giving me tips on how to make it the best it can be. I loved getting to know her.
