Meeting with Cluj

Another part of my Dad's job aside from training is executive coaching. One day we met with a lady in Cluj, Romania about him coming to talk to her team again. She wanted something to talk with creating the right culture within their community. It was very interesting to see how my dad interacted with people all around the world, and he could help them even though they were so far away. He is always very personal with people, but still stays professional within his job.
